Governor DeWine and USEPA Region 5 Administrator Anne Vogel recently announced $16.7 million for 13 new H2Ohio infrastructure projects across the state. This round of funding targets drinking water and wastewater system upgrades, particularly in communities with non-compliant private wells or aging systems.
Highlights include:
- $1M to extend water lines in Lakeview (Logan County)
- $1M for sewer upgrades in Findlay (Hancock County)
- $378,500 to connect 200 residents to safe drinking water in Richland County
